By using Cove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Cove is a highly secure, ephemeral messaging application designed for private, end-to-end encrypted communication. By design, the Service does not retain permanent logs of your communications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Cove, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cove for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes. While Cove utilizes end-to-end encryption to protect your privacy, you are solely responsible for the content you transmit.

• Do not use the Service to transmit malware, illegal content, or explicit material involving minors.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the Service's infrastructure.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

"AS IS" Basis: Cove is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service.

Data Loss: Because Cove is explicitly designed to be ephemeral, your data is continuously destroyed. We are not liable for any lost, deleted, or unrecoverable messages or media.

5. Cove Plus (Premium Subscriptions)

Cove offers an optional premium upgrade called "Cove Plus".

• Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (Razorpay). Prices are subject to change.
• Refunds: All purchases for Cove Plus are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Account Linking: A Cove Plus subscription requires linking a valid Google account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate premium access if we detect fraudulent payment activity.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
